A service line in Raymond, NH needed to be repaired for a leak. The excavation revealed that the service connection was broken at the plastic male adapter connecting to the water main. Additionally, the insert male adapters for the 2-inch water main were also plastic.
Aquamen Solution
I have replaced the entire T assembly using the following brass components:
- 2” x ¾” brass tee
- Two 2” brass male insert adapters
- One ¾” brass insert male adapter
All connections were secured with new clamps. Upon completion, the system was pressure tested and flushed successfully.
